This makes a lot of sense. To win this content game, one definitely needs to embed certain strategies that conforms to modern day market, otherwise you will be working for free.

Do you have any data about customers moving from one offer to another (value ladder) and customer taking just one offer ?

I saw many people talking about value ladder as not such a good idea because people who buy at 8€ are not the same that buy a 750€ or 10k€

What do you think about the french market about Value ladder ?
