Hello, welcome to this edition! 👋

Last month, my newsletter hit 25,000 subscribers.

When I started writing it in 2023, I had no big plans for it. I just knew that by creating good content, I could grow it into something meaningful.

Over that time, I’ve learned a lot about what works, what doesn’t, and many more things I wish I’d known from the beginning.

So, in today’s edition, I’m sharing 9 rules for growing a newsletter I wish I’d learned earlier.

These rules have helped me grow, systemize, and monetize this newsletter. If you're building a content-driven business, these will help you avoid my mistakes and speed up your progress.

So here’s what you’ll learn in this edition:

  1. Why positioning is everything in your newsletter

  2. How ‘welcome gifts’ speed up subscriber growth

  3. Why your newsletter should be its own business

Let’s dive right in with the first rule…
